As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund policy.
When you buy a training course at Creative Artz Institute (CAI), you agree to our Refund policy.
Cancellation or refund policy is approved on a case to case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the guidelines provided at the initial stage it is the agreement between the clients and company which has no effect with online payment services.
If the customer leaves Creative Artz Institute before the course completion or training, there are not entitled to any refund of paid service fees
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made if the refund request is raised within 3 days of purchase of course. A money back guarantee is void if the participant has pursued the course for more than 3 days
Creative Artz Institutereserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
In case Creative Artz Institute cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the trainee.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate of the event, no refunds will be made
The Company shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down time that may occur.
Our courses are completely non- transferable under any circumstances.
Classroom/Online programs can be cancelled & refunded 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if the refund is raised on or before 3 days of commencement of the training or Classes. You cannot claim any refund beyond 3 days of the commencement of the training or Classes.
If in case, the Training Institute cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the trainee.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. We require 10 to 14 working days to process your refunds. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
To request a refund, simply email us your details (order Id, Name, Phone No), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
